Julie is driven by the desire to help every person make the right, lasting flooring decision for their home. Hailing from Hastings, Michigan, she is a fun-loving person with many life experiences, proud to be a wife of 39 years, a mother of four, and a soon-to-be grandmother to eleven. In her free time, she enjoys mowing the grass, gardening, and spending time around the firepit with family and friends.

Denise brings a lifelong passion for flooring, having started in the industry in Baltimore, MD, when she was just eighteen. She is driven by a commitment to the customer-first approach shared by the entire CSM team, and she loves helping people find the perfect products—from flooring to the ideal area rug—to elevate their spaces. Originally from Baltimore, Denise enjoys cooking, playing cornhole, and famously works for "hugs and handshakes!"

Chris brings a unique blend of experience, having spent over a decade in luxury fashion in NYC and Los Angeles, followed by six years in residential remodeling. He takes pride in his patience and attention to detail, always striving to understand a customer's full vision to create spaces that are both beautiful and functional. Outside of CSM, Chris enjoys playing music, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.

Sean is passionate about providing great customer service and connecting with clients to help them achieve their goals. He joins CSM after five years in the sales department at another flooring company and is eager to expand his product knowledge into areas like ceramic tile and sand and finish. Originally from Connecticut, Sean moved to North Carolina in 2014. He loves exploring the state, enjoying sports, movies, and scenic drives, particularly on the Blue Ridge Parkway.

A true design enthusiast with a background in Interior Design, Architecture, and AutoCad, Dana is passionate about helping people fall in love with their homes again. Originally from Long Island, New York, she thrives on renovating and remodeling, bringing charm and life back to older homes. Outside of work, you can find Dana hanging out with her husband and dog, going on adventures, and exploring the beach.

Ashley thrives on the entire project lifecycle—from selection and planning to management—and gains immense gratification from seeing her happy clients' visions come to life. Born in Anchorage, AK, and raised in Fayetteville, NC, she has proudly called Wilmington home since 2006. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys boating, fishing, great music, and cooking. Where you see Ashley, you’ll also see her beloved "fur baby," Chloe!

One of CSM’s long-standing team members, Peter’s favorite part of the job is the daily, direct interaction he has with his customers. Originally from Charlotte, NC, Peter is a true local expert. In his downtime, he enjoys playing golf and going camping in the scenic mountains of North Carolina with his wife and their dogs.

Vanessa loves engaging with customers, making them feel welcome, and seeing the pure joy of the end result when a project is complete. Born in Chicago and raised in Florida, she is an expert in bringing visions to life. When she’s not focused on design, Vanessa enjoys watching movies, tackling small home projects, and spending quality time with her family.
